A Letter from our Senior Leaders

We are delighted to present to you our 2023 Annual Report for North Palm Church. It is with great joy and gratitude that we reflect on the past year and the remarkable journey of growth and transformation that we have experienced together as a community.

In 2023, we embraced a spirit of resilience and innovation, navigating challenges with grace and determination. Our commitment to spiritual growth and leadership development has borne fruit, as we have seen individuals within our congregation step into new roles of service and leadership. Through intentional discipleship programs, mentoring relationships, and opportunities for personal and professional development, we have witnessed remarkable growth in the lives of our community members.

Furthermore, our church has experienced significant expansion, both physically and spiritually. We have celebrated many firsts, including a new apostolic hub in Myrtle Beach. Additionally, our outreach ministries have continued to flourish, reaching out to those in need within our community and beyond and sharing the love of Christ in tangible ways.

As we look ahead to 2024, we are filled with anticipation and excitement for what the Lord has in store for us. We recognize that there are still challenges to be faced and opportunities to be seized. Therefore, we want to challenge each member of our congregation to unite in purpose and dedication, working together even more closely to advance the Kingdom of God in our community and beyond.

Let us commit ourselves to prayer, seeking God’s guidance and wisdom as we discern His will for our church, city, state and nation. Let us continue to grow in faith, deepen our relationships with one another, and boldly proclaim the message of hope and redemption found in Jesus Christ.

May this coming year be marked by even greater unity, vision, and impact as we journey together in faith. With God’s grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, I am confident that we will see lives transformed, communities renewed, and the Kingdom of God advanced in ways beyond our imagination.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership in ministry. Together, let us press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14).

Yours in Christ,

Mark and Patricia Estes
Senior Apostles

Leadership Development

In the realm of Leadership Development at North Palm, our focus lies in the progression from converts to disciples, from disciples to leaders, and from leaders to catalysts of global change. Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic and witnessing the tumultuous shifts across various spheres, our conviction deepens that the world urgently requires the intervention of the ecclesia, armed with divine solutions to daunting earthly dilemmas. The biblical injunctions to “make disciples” and to prepare “the bride” convey a clear transfer of responsibility into our hands. It is incumbent upon us to persist in our partnership with God, advancing towards maturity as His sons and daughters, sought after by a world in need. Our mandate is to manifest the heavenly realm on earth, aligning with God’s ultimate plan. Welcome to this transformative journey. At North Palm, our ethos revolves around Leadership Development – a culture defined by shared attitudes, values, aspirations, and practices. As followers of Jesus Christ, our ultimate aim is to establish the culture of heaven here on earth, embodying the essence of an apostolic household.

Prophetic Journey

Life is a journey. And the path less traveled is made easier when traveled together. The prophets at NP are honored to accompany many on their individual journeys toward their divine destinies. Through the gifts and anointings that God assigned us, we help others to see the gold within themselves, equip them, empower them, inspire them, and encourage them to success in completing their own God-given assignments.

2023 was a significant year of spiritual and personal transformation as many walked out of doubt and disbelief, formed by believing the enemy’s lies, and into a new confidence of the good work the Father began in them. This focus was not only for our adult family members, but for our children and infants as well. Our nursery babes and toddlers prophesied to their families, and our preschoolers learned to record and share what they hear God saying to them. This was also our first year instituting our kids’ school of prophets, Kids Can Prophesy!

Here are some of the results from our fruitful labors of love.

Deliverance Ministry

In conjunction with other healing ministries in the church (e.g., physical healing, SOZO), North Palm has developed teams that will meet with individuals for personal and generational deliverance. This exciting ministry demonstrates the compassion and love of Jesus and His desire for all of His children to walk in freedom and live the destiny He has prepared for us. In 2023 this ministry led 85 inner healing/deliverance prayer appointments.

Creating Community Together

Wherefore, we acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ over all things in heaven, and in the earth and under the earth.

Family is God’s heart, and North Palm is intentional to build a community of connectivity-an atmosphere of family. Having spiritual Dads and Moms embracing a diverse and growing group of sons and daughters makes North Palm a very exciting and active place. As a family, we are committed to grow together into all of the plans God has for us. We are learning to both cry together and celebrate together knowing that unity is the answer to Jesus’ prayer.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of jesus, his son, purifies us from all sin. (1 John 1:7)

North Palm Counseling Center

North Palm Counseling Center (NPCC) is located on North Palm Campus as an extension of North Palm Church. Its purpose is to bring healing, clarity and strategies to hurting people who want to grow through a variety of methods under the care of a professional counselor. We believe the entirety of the Bible contains infallible and absolute truth, which is life-giving and unchanging. This standard of truth is the starting point for how NPCC approaches professional counseling treatment. (See a full description of our church’s theology.) With this Scriptural foundation firmly in place, effective Christian therapy looks to the fields of Psychology and Counseling to utilize a broad variety of research-based, effective treatment modalities that are compatible with a Christian world-view. A true integration of theology and counseling brings the hope and presence of Jesus into the process with a clear understanding that He is the Healer.

In 2023 NPCC trained and supervised 5 graduate students in pursuit of their master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Charleston Southern University. It was a privilege and our blessing to serve 163 clients, completing 1,860 hours of psychotherapy for the year!

North Palm Preschool

The private preschool for the children of staff and anyone active in leadership development is a response to parents needing a Bible-based solution to early childcare. Our mission is to provide quality education and empower children to walk in their calling and identity. We want to do our part to help prepare the next generation of world changers. The preschool has four classes serving ages 6-months-old through 5-years-old and is led by Director Yessica Cooper.

2023 Annual Report

North Palm Preparatory

2023 was our inaugural year of North Palm Preparatory!!! We started with 30 students, ranging from kindergarten to 5th grade. We are a Bible- and Spirit-infused school, and our curriculum is STEAM motivated, drawing inspiration from the best parts of Classical Christian, Montessori, and traditional Christian academic learning. This hybrid learning experience combines written and oral instruction, hands-on experiences, music, and art entwined with math, science and technology.

Each grade has specific Bible-learning components, structured so that at the end of the elementary education journey each student will have grown into a knowledge of the Word, a command of the Word, and a Love for the Word. In chapel Holy Spirit is emphasized so that each student will understand the importance of partnership with Holy Spirit. Jesus will be the center, and His heart and desires will be emphasized on the journey of Christian growth.

Our philosophy is one of service, as we come together to be empowered to go to all spheres of societal influence. We can bring the kingdom of God to the earth in the areas of arts and entertainment, business, education, family, government and media. We believe in training a child when he is young so he will walk in the fullness of the Kingdom when he is older. NPPS is one of the expressions of our commitment to this generation of children.

2023 Annual Report

North Palm Latinos

2023 was a tremendous year of God’s movement in North Palm’s Hispanic community. The Hispanic harvest is not only arriving here but also maturing and growing as leaders in our community. We saw families restored, united, healed, and delivered. Our leadership development columns grew stronger in the moving of the spirit. The Hispanic community is getting more integrated with our church, and they are becoming such a blessing. God is bringing such a revival among them and the manifestation of the glory of God is tangible and visible. Many of our members were blessed with miracles, healing, promotions, and more. God has been so faithful and good to our Hispanic brothers and sisters. Their mindsets are changing by seeking the kingdom of God, and this is bringing supernatural transformations in their lives.

Servanthood was displayed all year long by the Hispanic helping and serving in different areas of the church with humility, joy, and love. Many of them got involved in the different ministries, and they brought their gifts and talents to help to create a great team.

We were able to create better communication with each other through the excellent job of the Leadership team, North Palm Espanol page, discipleship time, and other tools available to pass the same message. Our leaders got the opportunity to share words, messages, worship, prophetic words, and more on our North Palm Español social media.

We started Prophetic tours and house worship in Spanish, and we had such a move of God taking over the families; the people and the houses were filled with the presence of God. The prophetic word brought an atmosphere of hope and expectation.

Latin Nights were full of joy, rhythms, music, and praise. Testimonies were shared about the miracles and blessings received in the Hispanic families. Many people shared how God blessed them with healing, promotions, houses, citizenship and more. The worship reached the heart of the people, and the fire of the Holy Spirit brought deliverance and freedom. We had many English-speaking people participating and joining the worship, and they had such a great time. Latin nights took us to experience the move of the Holy Spirit, as participants were able to connect and engage with the flow of the Spirit and families enjoyed engaging and worshiping together. From the Caribbean, South America, Central America, Africa, Canada, Europe and more, each country brought its own heritage and worship style to praise God.

Ellas North Palm ministry had a wonderful year getting and bringing ladies to breakfast to have an intimate time of sharing the Word of God, testimonies and prophetic words. The attendance was great, and the ladies enjoyed the information shared there. Ellas continues to be a great evangelistic tool for the Hispanic ladies in the community. Ellas is a ministry created to make every Latina woman a person capable of loving herself. This ministry brought different speakers to help the community be informed in many different areas and to continue growing in the spiritual journey.

We were able to learn more about the Bible through an online teaching brought to the Hispanic leadership team. We also had our growth segments in Spanish, giving our community another opportunity to learn more about the Apostolic movement and the move of the Holy Spirit.

The Guardians on the Wall continued with their intercession and prayers. This prayer team covered the church, the Pastors, the Apostles and the entire congregation. They supported different events, conferences, Latin Nights, encounters and more. They grew in spiritual warfare and the prophetic intercession. They were committed and eager to serve in this ministry. They saw many answers to their prayers, and miracles were conquered by their faithfulness in praying, warring and declaring the Word of God.

They are a growing group, and we saw an increasing number of male intercessors covering us in prayer. The Guardians brought a new passion for prayer to new Spanish intercessors. We have many married couples that joined this group to war for the families.

We had a wonderful 2023, and we are claiming the Hispanics for Christ in the entire Charleston and Lowcountry area. We are committed to continue bringing the harvest in and getting the souls to come into the Kingdom and discover their purpose in life.

We are declaring the fire of God to move in the Latino community like never before and decreeing a supernatural flow and move of the Holy Spirit for this 2024!

North Palm Levites & Media

North Palm Levites is the worship ministry named after the Levitical tribe of the Old Testament. Similar to the responsibility of the Old Testament Levites, our desire, first and foremost, is to minister to the Lord and move His heart. In 2023, the Levite and Media Ministry experienced growth, breakthrough, and taking territory for the kingdom of God. The Levites have continued to be obedient to the prophetic words of creativity that were previously released over the ministry.

Through the course of 2023, we were able to host a songwriting master class with 10 professional songwriting coaches and 100 participants from the Southeast coming to be equipped and write songs for the Church. Throughout the summer we continued to create space for songwriters to grow and host nights of songwriting for the community. Then in September 2023, we released our full-length album “Victory to Victory.” This album has already fulfilled so many of the prophetic words that were released over it. It has now been streamed 374,165 times, and counting, on all streaming platforms. We have received so many testimonies about how these songs have impacted people and their walk with the Lord. We believe we will continue to see God use these songs to bring his will in the lives of so many people.

North Palm Levites hosted House Worship Nights for the first time in 2023, and over 13 homes were filled with worshippers coming together to lift up the name of Jesus. We believe in 2024 the fruit will multiply, and more and more souls will be won for the kingdom of God. In 2023, people from around the world enjoyed 178.7k hours of worship with 2.6 million views on the channel. Our North Palm Worship YouTube channel also gained over 11k new subscribers. We believe there is so much power in the spreading of the gospel through the media. We are so grateful for this ministry and the impact it continues to have on the world.

North Palm Kidz

“And calling to him a child, he (Jesus) put him in the midst of them and said, ‘Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.’” – Matthew 18:2-3 ESV

Hello, North Palm families! 2023 flew by so fast! I feel like we blinked and it was gone! But we saw so many amazing things come forth with our North Palm Kidz.

We have continued to grow and have more than doubled our Sunday Kidz Church attendance. In addition to the growth with our kids, we also gained many new kids’ leaders to assist in stewarding this generation to fulfill their God-given assignments. We are so very thankful for all the leaders who serve our kids and impart into them each week!

Every year we host numerous events, and 2023 was no exception! We took a big group of kids for laser tag and go carts. And, of course, we had our annual Easter celebration and egg hunt.

Our Kidz Choir joined us on the Embassy stage for the Easter Celebration service! During the summer, we hosted our annual Vacation Bible School, and the theme was the “Keepers of the Kingdom.” We turned the entire building into a castle. It was so rewarding, watching the kids learn to wear the Armor of God and take a stand for truth!

As we came to the second half of the year, we hosted a “Happy Fall Y’all” event at North Palm Farms. The kids had so much fun seeing the animals and playing games around the farm!

We ended the year with the Kidz choir joining in the Christmas Celebration service in the Embassy and then enjoying our own celebration service in the kids building.

One of the most amazing things we experienced this year was growing so much and having so many new leaders that we have now been able to divide our kids by ages into 4 different classrooms. This has allowed us to use curriculum and teaching methods that are more age-appropriate and brought so much order to our services. Again, thank you to all the leaders who serve the kids of North Palm. This wouldn’t be possible with them!

We celebrate a year of victory and breakthrough with our Kidz Ministry. We rejoice and thank God for the growth we have seen. And we look forward to the greatest revival and harvest that we have ever known coming forth! We have never been this way before, and this is just the beginning! Much love and many blessings!

North Palm Nursery

2023 was a transformative and spiritually enriching time for our preschool area. We had some of our house prophets come in and impart what God has spoken over our little ones’ lives. We are very excited to see what God has for our preschool area this year.

~ Blanca Hernandez – Sunday Preschool Assistant Administrator

In 2023, our North Palm nursery experienced incredible growth. I, along with the dedicated leaders, had the privilege of creating spirit-led crafts, activities, and lessons each month. It was inspiring to witness the increased number of volunteers and children thriving in the safe, prayerful, and loving environment we’ve cultivated. Our in-house prophetic guests added a special touch by sharing what they believed God was saying over each individual child. We are looking forward to more growth and blessings in the coming year.

~ Karyssa Heatherly – Sunday Nursery Assistant Administrator

Our Mission Statement

“But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the Kingdom of Heaven.” (Matthew 19:14)

We are held in the highest accountability to the Most High God for our actions and responsibilities in taking care of the children, our children in the Body of Christ. We are committed to taking care of and training all children in the Word and will of God through prayer, worship and play.

In the past year of 2023, we have grown tremendously in the number of Nursery/Preschool volunteers as well as children. Yay! The children are coming, and they need us desperately. Partnering with Mrs. Angela Henderson and the prophets of North Palm, we are pouring into, speaking prophetically, and calling out the gold in all of our children. We are helping families to set a sure foundation for the Word of God in their children’s lives, spiritually as well as physically. It is truly an honor to watch our little ones learn how to praise and worship God. Volunteers are teaching them how to pray and talk to God and that they are never alone. They are learning that the Holy Spirit, Jesus and God the Father are always with them and that they can hear them when they call. Our kids believe God and take Him at His Word. This is truly an exciting time to be a children’s minister in the Lord. I can’t wait to see what our God will do in these kids and through them in this upcoming year of 2024. The best is yet to come for us all. Thank you so much for entrusting us to teach, train and care for the Kingdom’s children. The North Palm Nursery and Preschool areas continue to be a Cool place to be!!

Blessings always on your lives Family!

~ Carlotte M. Bailey – North Palm Sunday Nursery / Preschool Department Head

2023 Annual Report

Greetings, North Palm Church family! What an incredible journey it has been with Ignite Youth Ministry in 2023! We are thrilled to share the remarkable moments and growth that our youth experienced throughout the year. The theme that guided us through 2023 was “I said what I said,” emphasizing the unwavering truth of God’s Word and the profound impact it has on our lives.

Our Friday night Ignite services continued to be a source of inspiration and transformation for our youth community. We delved into discussions about what God declares about our lives, His character, sin, righteousness, and the principles for living a purposeful life. The youth gained a deep appreciation for the fear of the Lord and discovered confidence in their identities as declared by God.

The FORWARD conference in Atlanta once again provided an electrifying experience for our youth. They were blessed with life-changing messages from dynamic speakers like Jentezen Franklin and Reggie Dabbs. The conference not only ignited their spirits but also fostered unity and fun among the youth, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

At our Living Waters Bible Study, we went through the book “Jesus is Better” by Lucas Shipman. This profound exploration addressed common false idols competing for our attention, emphasizing that Jesus is ultimately better. The unique twist this year involved the youth taking turns delivering short teachings from the book to kickstart our discussions. It was a powerful way for them to engage with the material and deepen their understanding of the Scriptures.

Fun events were a highlight throughout the year, strengthening the bonds of our youth community. From renting out a movie theater for a shared cinematic experience to having a cozy bonfire at Pastor Kasie’s house and enjoying activities like ice skating and visits to Stars and Strikes – each event contributed to the joy and fellowship of our Ignite family.

As we reflect on 2023, we are filled with gratitude for the growth, joy, and spiritual depth experienced by Ignite Youth Ministry. The commitment of our youth to live according to God’s Word and the sense of community that flourished among them have been truly inspiring. We eagerly anticipate 2024 to be a year of increasing revival and transformation among the youth!

Hallelujah!!

2023 Annual Report

In 2023, the Lord began to stir a group of young adults with passion and zeal for authentic connection with him. They are devoted and determined to walk in AWE of God and his goodness, to make the Lord, their passionate pursuit, and to never bow at any other altar than the altar of Jesus Christ. They are called the TrublMakers.

It started out as a once-a-month service that took place every fourth Sunday evening, and it quickly grew into online meetings twice a month with strategic teaching and in-home meetings once a month dedicated to connection and exhortation. We’ve seen many people transformed, coming out of lifestyles of homosexuality, addiction and apathy, that have now committed their lives to being a true disciple of Jesus Christ.

We have a mandate from the Lord to fill stadiums with thousands of people who crave the same thing, and that is to be someone who makes TRUBL by carrying the mantle of Elijah and the Spirit of God into places of darkness and transforming them into habitations of light. Join the movement!

Planted Women’s Ministry

In 2023, we had some really beautiful and special moments in the Lord and have been blessed to be in community with some amazing women! At our Gatherings, we fellowship, but there is always a focus on what the Lord is speaking in the midst of every event. We don’t want to just gather, but we want to hear what the Lord is speaking so we can be challenged, encouraged, and encounter His love at the same time. We are going a little deeper each time and learning what it means to be planted like a tree, deeply rooted in Christ.

North Palm Planted Women’s Ministry exists to connect women to the heart of God. They learn how to walk in their true identity in Christ, knowing exactly who they are, so they are able to step out courageously in obedience to do everything He has called them to do. At the same time they come together to encourage and build each other up. God is calling His daughters up, and we have been crushing lies to give the truth space to be lived out in our lives.

“What delight comes to the one who follows God’s ways! He won’t walk in step with the wicked, nor share the sinner’s way, nor be found sitting in the scorner’s seat. His passion is to remain true to the Word of “I AM,” meditating day and night on the true revelation of light. He will be standing firm like a flourishing tree planted by God’s design, deeply rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruit in every season of life. He is never dry, never fainting, ever blessed, ever prosperous.”

Missions – Costa Rica

2023 was an amazing year of missions in Costa Rica! North Palm was able to host two trips with two different missions.

For the first trip, North Palm hosted their first international marriage retreat! This trip was a perfect combination of ministry, adventure, and empowerment. The ministry portion included spending time with business owners and church leaders for prophetic impartation and to discuss strategies on building Goshen. The adventure started with staying at an exclusive boutique resort surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Each day there was something to do including white water rafting, boat rides, snorkeling, horseback riding, and enjoyment of a spa. Lastly, each couple was able to receive rejuvenation in their commitment for one another by participating in a daily group devotional time and prophetic impartation. We created lasting memories while building the Kingdom and our marriages. We are looking forward to our next marriage retreat in November 2024.

For the second trip, North Palm was able to partner with Charleston Southern University’s physical therapy department. Together with 16 doctoral students we served the elderly and children with disabilities. The students provided personal care, treatment plans, and equipment to 100+ locals in need, all while sharing the heart of Jesus with them. Some patients had traveled up to 4 hours to receive this much needed care due to physical therapy being unavailable in their area! Students also got the opportunity to provide care to Costa Rica’s Women’s National Champion Football Team. Furthermore, they offered training for staff, parents, and caregivers for continued care. All participants were able to travel across Costa Rica and be immersed into the culture and region by attending local church services and enjoying some popular tourist attractions like a catamaran boat tour to the Tortuga islands, a day at the beach, banana boating, hiking, ziplining, and other fun activities. During the services, leaders were able to minister to the congregation, give prophetic impartations, and enjoy a Christmas celebration with music, dances, and local food. We are looking forward to possible future partnership with Charleston Southern University and their students.

Missions – Cuba

North Palm was able to provide missions to Cuba this past year. The ministry started with evangelistic events in the streets of Cuba by spreading the gospel to those who have never heard it before and providing prophetic impartation. Other events included attending local churches and ministering to their leaders and congregation through prophetic ministry and financial giving. Through the contributions of North Palm, the local pastors, who have a network of churches under them, were provided with much needed vehicles! Contributions were also able to cover their feeding program! This feeding program focuses on providing meals for the elderly and those in the community who are in need. We were blessed to be a blessing! Lastly, we were able to minister through prophetic events to many of the children in different communities. We are looking forward to our next mission trip to Cuba in October 2024.

Taking Ground

North Palm Farms

What an amazing year this was on the farm. This is the start of new things, new life, and new ministry.

We were honored to host the North Palm Worship team on the farm for their acoustic recording of their new album. This was a project as well as a prophetic action, opening the heavens over the farm with this powerful album.

We cut some hardwood and pulpwood timber in the beginning of the year. We will clear some of that land and change it to pasture as well.

As soon as the weather warmed up, we started measuring out the fences on the farm, as there were no fences. We unrolled thousands of feet of fencing and put them all up with the wonderful help and support of our North Palm family volunteers. As soon as that was done, we hung the gates, and we could even build a corral to work the cattle in.

The pasture preparation was next. We sprayed the pasture for weeds so we would have only good grass growing when the cattle arrived. On the 8th of May, this wonderful day came! Our first ten cows arrived. They came from a Saluda farmer and were pregnant with their very first calf. In this same month, we also started the Orangeburg discipleship.

We bought 9 pregnant heifers at the Chessie Creek Farm. Two of the beautiful cattle are fully registered Angus Beef cows.

Our pumpkin patch was also planted for our October Fall Festival. The farm already expanded, and we laid out a new area to be fenced in to fully utilize what God has placed in our hands.

Our summertime was busy with controlling the powdery mildew on the pumpkins, fertilizing our pasture, and landscaping of the farm. Fly control on the cattle was very important.

The first baby calf was unfortunately born too early and did not make it. The other 9 were all born healthy and strong. From the second group of cows, we also lost one baby, but 7 others were born, with one more to be born soon. With all the new babies, we also had to think of the next season, so we bought a bull. His registered name is Patriarch, and he is a yearling bull. We look forward to having him on the farm for quite a few years.

In October we had our “Happy Fall, Y’all” day for the North Palm children’s ministry. We hosted over 150 kids and parents. We had a wonderful time with a chicken run, cow walk and a treasure hunt. The children and parents all had a wonderful time on the farm.

Our other stream of income on the farm is, of course, the beautiful colonial house with the magnificent pool. We had 35 stays, 98 nights booked with a 0% cancellation, 100% response rate, 5-star rating, and superhost status.

We can see the favor of God on the farm! We follow where He leads and will continue to walk from Victory to Victory! We are surely blessed to be a blessing.

Lost & Found Ministries

Lost and Found Ministries is a Charleston-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to equip and empower women to positively transform their lives through the power of God’s Word. This occurs in small group settings, workshops, and yearly retreats. Co-Founders Jan Shirey and Alison Robinson partner with North Palm to bring “Bootcamp – Winning the Battle for Your Soul!” a practical and applicable program designed to help identify and process through life’s events and experiences. You will learn to pinpoint the source, or root, of your thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors and of the feelings that often sit in the driver’s seat. It is about soul healing! In 2022 Lost & Found Ministries conducted their first-ever bilingual bootcamp, giving those in the Hispanic community an opportunity to participate. They also began the work of launching an all-men’s bootcamp for 2023.

55 and Better

The heart of 55 and Better rests on this word found in Hebrews 6:10. “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.” (KJV)

We have a heart and unction to encourage, activate, and strengthen the older people. We want them to understand and realize two things. First, in Isaiah 46:4 God promises, “Even to your old age… I am He… I will carry you.” (NIV) And, according to Psalm 92:14 – 15, “They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing, to declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.” (NKJV)

We stand together in faith and prayer for our children and children’s children to rise in their call, fulfill their purpose, and take out the giants for the Kingdom of God to fill the earth. We place restraining orders on the enemy of our day to free the next generation to run into “the wide-open spaces of God’s grace and glory.” (Romans 5:2 MSG)

We have had fun, food, and fellowship because laughter does good like medicine, and we sure have had much laughter too. Music has also filled our gatherings with worship, entertainment, and ministry to God and to His people.

ARISE

Aim. Reach. Inspire. Succeed. Enrich.

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.” (Isaiah 60:1 -2 NIV)

A.R.I.S.E. is working to prevent high school dropouts by instilling self-knowledge, self-belief, and life-vision in students grades 6-12, thus breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty. We empower students to believe in their God-given dreams and equip them to prepare themselves as leaders to live those dreams as their future reality.

A.R.I.S.E. (Aim-Reach-Inspire-Succeed-Enrich) provides an adventure for students that includes personal discovery, team building, leadership development, life vision, and so much more. The majority of this multi-year experience takes place in the schools during the school day. The journey begins with the student engaged in highly interactive group coaching in hour-long sessions over a 5-day period along with fellow students. Each student receives a workbook and personal journal for their in-class work along with session snacks. This journey helps students find their own clear reasons why finishing school will lead to their best future, as it helps them envision what that future can actually be.

With doors wide open, made possible only through God, the A.R.I.S.E. team gained territory in two CCSD area public schools. In 2022, we had the privilege of being planted at C.E. Williams North 6th Grade Academy. Without losing this territory, we were also given access to our own classroom at Northwoods Middle School, a school where we previously faced extreme opposition. Jane Edwards Elementary (6th grade) was open to us through the invitation of our very own Cindy Mellard. Cindy teaches at this Edisto Island school and is a prophetic leader in our North Palm 5-fold prophets. 2023 was all about gaining territory as we accompanied Holy Spirit in this prophetic movement that is advancing in our Lowcountry schools.

As doors opened for us, we were also able to open doors for others who desire to gain access into the public school system. North Palm family member, Anita Coward, offered her blessings of tower gardens to C.E. Williams North 6th Grade Academy. They used this as a science community project. The vegetables that were grown in the school were given to students to take home and to be consumed by their families. This was a blessing to many homes.

We were also blessed by partners who gifted a private fundraiser. Through this labor of love demonstrated by North Palm friends, Woody and Deborah Sprouse, other connections were made that opened doors into local area summer camps. With the invitations of Beyond Our Walls and Humanities Foundation we gained greater influence in our community neighborhoods of Greenridge Road, Dorchester Waylyn, and Daniel Island.

We want to give a special shoutout to North Palm family member, Dr. Chuck Coward, who used his skills in grant writing to help A.R.I.S.E. submit a proposal to support our growing vision. We desire to expand into neighboring elementary and high schools. We see our mission expanding to accompanying a student all through their school years and successfully accompanying them across the graduation stage to receive their high school diploma.

If you would like to partner with us, please visit our ariseint.com website to donate. The harvest is ripe and ready in our community schools. We are ready, willing, and able to go. Here’s to an even greater 2024. Together, we will ARISE!

Home Missions

2023 was an outstanding year of victory for our North Palm home mission endeavors. We have had the opportunity to partner with many in the community who have hearts to serve and share the love of Jesus with others. It is such an honor to serve. God still loves the world that He died for. He is still sending Jesus to those who have yet to experience His salvation and grace. He is doing that through each of us.

Veterans Affairs

North Palm has continued its partnership with The Spiritual Support Outpost Network (SSON) and the Tri-County Veterans Support Network (TCVSN). As a team, we were able to identify and serve more than 1400 veterans and their families who were in crisis and helped provide over 330 emergency overnight hotel stays for homeless veterans. Furthermore, in collaboration with the VA and other community partners, we distributed turkey meal kits for over 1000 local veterans and active-duty families for the Thanksgiving holiday! We hope to continue the partnership with SSON and TCVSN in the future to continue to meet the needs of our local Charleston military community.

Stall High School Football Team

We were able to serve dinner to our RB Stall High School JV and Varsity teams prior to their home games. We served over 172 meals to athletes and coaches.

CCSD Encouragement Campaign

Our prophetic team partnered with our ARISE team and led two prophetic encouragement campaigns at our Charleston County School District offices. We gave over 500 personal words to our district leaders and employees, along with “BE A Key” gift bags to inspire and equip them. They were given a charge to be key team players as they administrate our school district for the 2023-2024 school year.

North Charleston Police Department

Our volunteers led prayer and devotion for our local police officers during their 6:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. shift changes. This mission has been a huge success, as our officers look forward to our time of sharing and feel strengthened for their duty. We have built a strong relationship with them, and they call on us for special needs and requests. Our time together includes individual encouragement and prayer, leadership training, and team building. During each shift we minister to an average of 40-50 officers.

Angel Tree

This year we successfully supported 6 families and 15 children in making Christmas wishes become reality.

SERVOLUTION

If you are interested in becoming an important part of our team, please contact Debi Sprouse at npservolution@gmail.com to begin your application process. We look forward to serving with you!

2023 Annual Report

2023 has been a year that we have seen God grow our leadership team in Myrtle Beach. God has brought together a strong team and we are already seeing territory established. It has been a great time of seeing the Charleston Leadership and the Myrtle Beach Leadership grow together as a family. 2023 had an emphasis on Worship nights and Evangelism training and street ministry. Can’t wait to see all that 2024 has in store.
